How To Place A Custom Order
If you can't find what you are looking for then no worries! Use the contact form below to get a quote started. Please fill in all of the spaces that are provided. Give us your ideas such as designs and colors so we can give you a more accurate quote.
Custom orders will begin in our EMAIL inboxes.
Custom Order Payment:
Once every detail for the order is established then we will send you an invoice via email. Please read the details that are listed on the invoice BEFORE PAYING the invoice. If the invoice is incorrect then it is your responsibility to reach out to us before the invoice is paid. If the mistake goes unnoticed, and the product was made with the incorrect detail, then we are NOT responsible for correcting it and will NOT refund your purchase.
Rush Orders:
If you have an order that needs rushed then please send us an email and put "Rush Order" in the subject line. Please let us know by what time your order would need to be to you and we will let you know if we will be able to accommodate your order.
Since rush orders are orders that will be worked on after normal business hours, there will be a fee. The fee amount will vary depending on how soon you need the project and how big it is.
Terms:
We do not accept cancellations on custom orders but the amount can be transferred to a different project as long as the original project was not started.
Returns on "in stock" items are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item from the date provided by the USPS tracking services. The item MUST be in new condition. You must provide us a tracking number at the time of return being mailed. Once we have received your item back we will issue a refund of what you paid minus our 20% restocking fee. If the item is damaged or shows signs of "use" we will ship the item directly back to you and a refund will not be issued.
